ORDER INFORMATION
Delivery Options:
Please note that RUGGED REINDEER APPAREL is manufactured and quality checked for each order. Please allow 5-7 working days for this process. Once received and quality checked, the items will be dispatched for delivery soonest.
There are 2 options for delivery to your address, as follows:
STANDARD DELIVERY
Delivery to main centres within 2 – 4 working days (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria).
Delivery to regional & outlying areas could take up to 5 – 7 working days.
Delivery fee: R100
EXPEDITED DELIVERY
Delivery to main centres within 2 – 3 working days (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria).
Delivery to regional & outlying areas could take up to 3 – 5 working days.
PLEASE NOTE
We will only deliver to a physical address, not P.O. Box addresses.
Please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours as deliveries take place between 08h30 and 17h00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Every delivery must be signed and endorsed, as proof of delivery.
Additional delivery charges may apply to outlying areas, as well as the delivery of selected goods. If applicable, this will be highlighted during the checkout process.
We currently only deliver within South Africa.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope that you will be happy with your order but if for any reason you wish to return something, you may do so in line with our returns policy and process outlined below.
RETURNS POLICY
Products may be returned for exchange or refund within 21 days from date of purchase.
In order for a return to be processed, the merchandise must be unused and returned in its original box/wrapping together with a valid sales docket/invoice.
Refunds will exclude all delivery fees that are paid as part of the order.
In the event of an EFT refund being approved, we will require a banking confirmation letter and a copy of ID matching the banking confirmation letter
In the event that you return goods, it will take up to 10 working days to process a refund and for it to reflect on your account.
If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described, please contact us and we will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we can arrange to deliver the correct product to you (assuming it is available) or refund you, depending on your preference.

A Rugged Reindeer representative will be in touch with you as soon as possible
As we use Dawn Wing couriers for returns, you will receive a SMS stating that Dawn Wing will collect your parcel.
You will receive a waybill via e-mail - please supply this waybill to the Dawn Wing representative along with the parcel you are returning.
Dawn Wing will now return your parcel to our warehouse to process your return
